Raegan starts the first half of the podcast with a health update. She made it out of surgery successfully !! and she urges people to stay on top of their health. The second half of the podcast was geared towards Raegan reflecting on a conversation she had with someone about liking/loving yourself and what that meant to her. It was interesting for her to talk about this because it's not something she ever put much thought into.
